Yes. Every roll is the US standard 2″ (48 mm) width on a 3″ core — it fits every standard tape gun and hand dispenser.
Glossy BOPP film (poly) with a water-based acrylic adhesive — commercial-grade 2 mil, the same grade as the industry-standard industrial roll. It’s pressure-sensitive, not water-activated paper. The ink is printed under the film and sealed in, so it can’t scuff off. Read the BOPP vs paper tape comparison if you are weighing both.
Yes. Our standard is printed BOPP, but we also make water-activated kraft paper tape, printed tamper-evident security tape that shows VOID when lifted, and other specialty tapes, made to order. Tell us what you need in the proof form and we will come back with options, minimums and a quote.
Roughly 55–70 typical boxes per 55 yd roll — a 110 yd roll doubles that. Shipping 100+ packages a month? Most shops that size pick 72 rolls of 110 yd. Use the roll calculator for your own numbers.

Before anything prints, we send a digital proof of your exact tape. Tweaks are free and unlimited, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.
No, and we would rather say so plainly than string you along. Printed tape does not exist until a print cylinder is cut and a press is set up, so a single sample roll costs the same to make as a small order. Anyone handing them out free has priced it into something else, and we would rather put that into the tape. Instead you get a free proof of your exact artwork before you pay a penny, and if you want tape in your hands, 36 rolls is a real order rather than a sample.
1–2 spot colors is standard and covers most logos beautifully. Listed prices are for 1 color; 2-color logos start at 72 rolls with a one-time $299 two-color setup and no setup at all from 144 rolls. Need 3 or more? We’ll quote it with your free proof.
If we made a printing error (wrong text, a clearly wrong color, or a design different from your approved proof), we reprint it free. Report it within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Normal shade and placement variation isn’t an error. Ready-made returns: unused, within 14 days — see our refund policy.
