Custom packing tape for candle makers

Custom logo packing tape for candle makers and home fragrance brands. Heavy, fragile boxes taped well, your logo on every seal, from 36 rolls with a free proof.

Candles are heavy and breakable, so candle boxes get more tape than almost any other small-business package: top, bottom and often an H across the seams. All that tape is a lot of blank space to leave unbranded.

Why it matters for candle makers

What works on your boxes

Candle boxes are mid-sized and heavy, so use the full 2 inch width and tape both seams; a 110 yd roll seals about 80 to 100 candle boxes this way. Kraft-tone tape with a dark 1-color logo suits most candle brands; black tape with a cream logo is a strong look for darker branding and is available from 72 rolls. Order before September if you want it on the shelf for the holiday rush.

How it works

  1. Upload your logo. Any file works. See it on a tape strip, on a box and on a doorstep in the free mockup tool, no signup.
  2. Get a free proof. A hand-checked digital proof at real print size within 3 business days. We adapt the logo for print at no charge.
  3. Approve and order. From 36 rolls per design. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
  4. Reorder in one line. The print cylinder stays on file: same price, no setup, no re-approval.

How much tape you use

A 110 yd roll seals roughly 140 small boxes, 110 medium or 80 large, taped top and bottom; one strip goes about twice as far. The table assumes your usual box size; the roll calculator does the exact math.

Pricing

The standard tiers are on the pricing table: 36, 72, 144 and 216 rolls per design, in 55 yd or 110 yd lengths, from $16.49 a roll (55 yd) and $20.49 (110 yd) at 36 rolls down to $13.49 and $17.49 at 216. Print setup is a one-time charge at 36 and 72 rolls and free from 144 rolls up; 216-roll orders ship free in the US. Prices shown are for a 1-color design: 36-roll orders print on clear or kraft tape, other tape colors start at 72 rolls at a small quoted extra, and 2-color designs start at 72 rolls with a one-time $299 two-color setup (free from 144 rolls). Founding customers get 15% more tape on every roll, free, on their first order.

Volume programs from 576 rolls are quoted to the configuration: roll length, color count, annual volume, delivery schedule and destination. Request volume pricing with your rough numbers.

Samples

We do not print sample rolls with your logo: printed tape does not exist until a cylinder is cut and a press is set up, so a sample costs what a small order costs. See your logo on the tape and on a box in the free mockup tool, then approve a free proof at real print size before anything is printed.

Upload it, look at it on a doorstep, then ask for the free proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Questions candle makers ask

How many rolls for a candle business?

Candle boxes use about 40 inches of tape each when taped top and bottom. A 110 yd roll seals around 100 boxes, so 200 boxes a month is about 2 rolls a month and 36 rolls lasts well over a year.

Will the tape hold a heavy box?

Yes, it is standard 2 mil BOPP with an acrylic adhesive, the same construction as commercial carton sealing tape. For boxes over 10 lb, tape both seams and run the strip a few inches down each side.

Can we get black tape?

Yes. Black, white, kraft-tone, clear and a few colors. 36-roll orders print on clear or kraft; other films start at 72 rolls at a small quoted extra.

When should we order for the holidays?

Allow 3 to 4 weeks from proof approval plus shipping, so approve a proof by mid-October to have tape for Black Friday orders.
