Custom packing tape for jewelry brands

Custom logo packing tape for jewelry brands shipping small boxes and wholesale cases. Fine wordmarks in 1 color, from 36 rolls, free mockup and proof.

Jewelry ships small, which means a single roll of tape lasts a long time and a 36-roll order is a year or more of branded shipments. It also means the design has to be right at a small size.

Why it matters for jewelry brands

Two identical shipping boxes on a doorstep, one sealed with plain clear tape and one with custom printed logo tape
Same box, same doorstep. The tape is the only difference. See your own logo on it, free.

What works on your boxes

Jewelry orders ship in small boxes or rigid mailers around 6 by 4 by 2 inches, often sealed with a single strip. The tape is seen close up, so a wordmark in 1 color on white or clear tape works best; avoid thin script that breaks up at 2 inch tape width. 55 yd rolls are the sensible length for small shippers; 110 yd for brands over a thousand orders a month.

How it works

  1. Upload your logo. Any file works. See it on a tape strip, on a box and on a doorstep in the free mockup tool, no signup.
  2. Get a free proof. A hand-checked digital proof at real print size within 3 business days. We adapt the logo for print at no charge.
  3. Approve and order. From 36 rolls per design. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
  4. Reorder in one line. The print cylinder stays on file: same price, no setup, no re-approval.

How much tape you use

A 110 yd roll seals roughly 140 small boxes, 110 medium or 80 large, taped top and bottom; one strip goes about twice as far. The table assumes your usual box size; the roll calculator does the exact math.

Orders a monthRolls a month (110 yd)Best fit
150 orders a monthabout 172 rolls, reorder when low
600 orders a monthabout 472 rolls, reorder when low
2,500 orders a monthabout 18216 rolls (free setup, free US shipping)

Pricing

The standard tiers are on the pricing table: 36, 72, 144 and 216 rolls per design, in 55 yd or 110 yd lengths, from $16.49 a roll (55 yd) and $20.49 (110 yd) at 36 rolls down to $13.49 and $17.49 at 216. Print setup is a one-time charge at 36 and 72 rolls and free from 144 rolls up; 216-roll orders ship free in the US. Prices shown are for a 1-color design: 36-roll orders print on clear or kraft tape, other tape colors start at 72 rolls at a small quoted extra, and 2-color designs start at 72 rolls with a one-time $299 two-color setup (free from 144 rolls). Founding customers get 15% more tape on every roll, free, on their first order.

Volume programs from 576 rolls are quoted to the configuration: roll length, color count, annual volume, delivery schedule and destination. Request volume pricing with your rough numbers.

Samples

We do not print sample rolls with your logo: printed tape does not exist until a cylinder is cut and a press is set up, so a sample costs what a small order costs. See your logo on the tape and on a box in the free mockup tool, then approve a free proof at real print size before anything is printed.

Questions jewelry brands ask

Is 36 rolls too much for a jewelry brand?

For most, 36 rolls is one to two years of tape. That is fine: the tape keeps, the print cylinder stays on file and the first order includes free print setup from 144 rolls or a one-time setup at 36.

Will a delicate logo print well?

Bold wordmarks print cleanly. Very fine script and thin lines can fill in at tape size, so we adapt the mark for print as part of the free proof, at no charge.

Which roll length should we choose?

55 yd for small shippers, 110 yd if you ship over about a thousand boxes a month. The pricing table shows both; the 110 yd roll is double the tape for about 25 percent more.

Can we see it on a box before we order?

Yes. Upload your logo in the free mockup tool to see it on a strip, on a box and on a doorstep, then request a free proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
